In conventional technologies such as injection and compression molding or 'cast and cure', the resins require special chemistries to overcome process issues, and the final product may have residual stress. Our proprietary process uses commercially available films on a roll to roll continuous process to make products that are stress free and do not shrink or distort. Our different approach has many advantages.
